New Housing Construction Costs Index, December 2014, INE

The year-on-year change rate of the new housing construction costs index, in the Mainland, was 0.3% in December, up by 0.4 percentage points from the rate observed in November. The price index of regular maintenance and repair of housing shifted from a year-on-year change rate of -0.3% in November to -0.2% in December.
The annual average growth rate of the new housing construction cost index was 0.5% in 2014 (1.0% in the previous year) while the Housing Regular Maintenance and Repair Price Index presented a growth rate of -0.6% (0.5% in 2013).
