The year-on-year change rate of the new housing construction costs index, in the Mainland, was 0.6% in June, the same rate observed in the previous month. The price index of regular maintenance and repair of housing year-on-year change rate accelerated slightly, up by 0.2 percentage points, to a rate of 0.1% in June.
