The year-on-year change rate of the new housing construction costs index, in the Mainland, decreased 0.1% in November, down by 0.6 percentage points when comparing to the rate observed in October. The price index of regular maintenance and repair of housing shifted from a year-on-year change rate of -0.1% in October to -0.3% in November.
