This large square, located in the seaside heart of the city, was drastically refurbished in 1998, which helped further strengthen its position as a popular leisure area in the city, thus fully justifying its name. Apart from being an excellent “living room”, well served by catering and leisure establishments, it is also the arena for countless cultural events in the spheres of literature, music, dance, fashion, exhibitions and so on.
