Lisbon, Aug. 28 (Lusa) – The Portuguese Stock Exchange Commission (CMVM) announced on Monday it was going to appoint an independent auditor to establish the minimum offset for Meo’s public offering for the Media Capital group.
The CMVM said the decision was because of the “reduced liquidity” at Media Capital, “a circumstance that made it presume there was a lack of fairness in the offset established using those figures”.
The CMVM said it had asked the Association of Statutory Auditors to appoint the independent auditor.
