Lisbon, July 3 (Lusa) – Portuguese media company Impresa said on Monday it has launched a five-year bond offering for qualified investors of up to €35 million, according to information filed with the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM).
According to the information provided by Impresa – Sociedade Gestora de Participações Sociais, SA, issued by CMVM, the bond subscription offer, by private placement with qualified investors, is of up to 3,500 bonds .
The nominal unit value of each bond is €10,000 up to a total of €35 million, to be issued by Impresa on 25 July (subscription date), with maturity on 25 July, 2022.
The offer translates to the subscription of Impresa 2017/2022 bonds against cash or in kind, with the latter consisting of the delivery of Impresa 2014/2018 Bonds, according to the company.
The bank responsible for the operation is the Haitong Bank.
