PSI20 ends up buoyed by BCP

Lisbon’s benchmark index, the PSI20, ended Wednesday’s trading up 1.68% at 5,071.78 points, with BCP shares climbing more than 11%.
The shares in bank BCP gained 11.18% to €0.03, after three days of falls and the day before the general shareholder meeting.
Also in the black came Sonae Capital (up 1.16% to €0.69), Altri (1.01% to €3.41) and Portucel (0.89% to €3.18).
Losing ground today came Mota-Engil, which shed 4.27% to close at €1.90 and Pharol (formerly PT), which lost 1.43% to slide back down to €0.13 and BPI, which dropped 0.45% to €1.09s.
