Faz-Te Forward is a capacity building program promoted by TESE – Associação para o Desenvolvimento and its partners. It aims to increase the employability and socio-professional inclusion of young adults (aged 18 to 25 years old) that fall into the NEET category (not in education, employment or training) or that are concluding their professional or higher education and, as a result of their socio-economic and family circumstances, face a greater risk of becoming NEETs.

The program focuses on the development of differentiating factors of entry into the labor market, particularly self-knowledge, soft skills, and networking. It also promotes contact with the professional context of interest through non-formal education methodologies that last 6 months and include: individual coaching sessions with certified coaches, group training in soft skills, and mentoring and job shadowing with professionals in the areas of interest of the beneficiaries.
The program was launched in 2011 and has undertaken already five annual editions, having targeted to date a total of 155 young adults.
