Palace-type Horizontal House
At this “Casa Apalaçada Horizontal, Constança Lobo” (horizontal palace-type house), several Brazilian architecture characteristics may be observed. The facade is covered with tile and finishing in parapet stonework, ornamented, sills and jambs has monumental, narrow balconies with iron protectors, two gates also richly ornate iron.
Currently in this building runs the nursery school of Misericórdia nº 1.
