The estate with its group of spacious dwellings is enclosed by high crenulated wall. The entrance is via a monumental portal, crowned by the artistic heraldry of the Pinto, Pereira, Silva and Coelho families and guarded by three statues of warriors. Between the magnificence portal and the houses, extend an ample terrace, formerly a beautiful garden, where one can admire an excellent group of Baroque sculptures from the 18th century, while five curious waterspouts dedicated to the five continents can be seen in part of the boundary wall. Some of these elements are classified as being of Public Interest.
