This house was sold to António de Oliveira Rego that has rebuilt it in 1737. A baroque building of an irregular plan was seriously damaged during the 19th and 20th centuries with the regulation road. In the yard still has an unusual stairs leading to the noble floor and the facade shows balconies of stone banisters and a decorative heraldic tablet. The basic structure of the immense garden still remains with three fountains, one of which is impressive due to the exuberant stonework decoration.
