Picturesque and artistic building dating back to 1914, perhaps of "brazilian" initiative, and which is eligible for the urbanistic arrangement of the Square that was of Brazil, the Républica, and currently is Martyrs of Fascism, but always known as “Feira Velha”, due to the fact that for many years the Fair took place, mainly of cattle.
Alongside, the "fish market" was already built (1912) and the Square was achieving architectural outlines that would reach our days.
