The recovery of the Cávado river was made by areas, resulting in modern and very nice leisure facilities. In the top area is the central square, children's playground, a place for extreme sports (such as climbing, skateboarding and rollerblading), a multi-sports, a multipurpose court, a stage for performances and a bar. It is also planned to build a bike circuit, a mini golf course, a space to practice gymnastics, a garden, hiking trails and other green areas.
