The City Park of Espinho, with 2.5 acres, for a total planned of 44 hectares of comprehensive area in the near future, has three tracks, created in a forest area of outstanding beauty. The trail of medium difficulty, with 2100m, recommended to practitioners of higher physical skills, provides the users a good physical maintenance in a very pleasant and natural landscaped environment. Other two of reduced difficulty, with the distance of 1000m, allow the beginning of the sports practice and also physical exercise by children, pregnant women, elderly and disabled users.
All circuits have a landscape where the natural essence of the environment was preserved, without changes in their genuine balance. A bar and toilets of support are available to sportspeople and enthusiasts of healthy and leisurely walks or exercise in pure nature.
