It is an event traditionally known as "Fair of the 16". This event promotes and encourages the creation of the “arouquesa” breed cattle.
This event starts with the arrival of the “arouquês” cattle to the S. João Batista de Cepelos Leisure Park, where it is exposed to the competition. This fair has also a gastronomy area, where visitors can appreciate the excellent cuisine developed around this cattle race.
