Designed also by Álvaro Siza, this avenue unites two of his most emblematic projects: the Boa Nova Tea House and the Piscina das Marés (salwater pool). At the west of the avenue, right next to the beach, there is a leisure area and an arterial boosting with several outdoor activities (walking, jogging, biking and skating). It has the concern of adjusting the space to its new role that is to innovative its characteristics of centrality, of space and leisure.
