The Natural Parque on the North Coast is an area with 18 km of coastline, between the estuary of Neiva River and the village of Apúlia in Esposende. It occupies a surface of 8.88tha, of those ha 7.653 belong to the maritime area and 1.237 of terrestrial area.
This terrestrial area is a coastline plain that ends on a fossil cliff.
The Natural Parque was created in 2006 as a result of the requalification of the protected landscap of the coastline of Esposende, started in 1987
