The short walking trail "Exploring Aboim”, is 13 km long, offers a landscape and cultural experience to those who choose to walk across the typical mountain villages of Figueiró do Monte, Barbeita de Baixo, Barbeita de Cima and Mós, all part of the parish of Aboim. Aboim has a wealth of interesting locations, making it an important ecological, landscape and cultural site.
