The Quinta de Santiago (Santiago Farm) is located on the southern part of the place and extends by a wide range of agricultural lands until Rio das Cabras, (river Cabras), where there are still some wheel mills. The farmhouse was recently restored. It is a rectangular construction dating from the end of the nineteenth century. It has two floors and the access to the second floor is by an elegant staircase with a forged iron handrail. The romanticism of the building is still visible in the carved iron gate with two rectangular columns where there are frames and engraved fruits.
