Rua César Maldonado /César Maldonado Street)

The Rua César Maldonado (César Maldonado Street) began to emerge in the XVI century at the same time as the population and the urban area. We can notice that many of the buildings still maintain the decorative manuelin style characteristics, as the windows and doors with notched edge. Initially these buildings were one floor construction, but a new second floor was built all long the XVIII and XIX centuries.
