Inaugurated on August 19, 2006, was established as an ideal equipment for the development of educational programs, cultural and leisure, intended preferably to young people, but open to the whole community. The space, which houses the Music School of Esposende, includes rooms for workshops, one Bibliocafe prepared to host art exhibitions, a multi-purpose space for small cultural achievements, workshops, conferences, among others, a media room with access free internet and serving youth offices.
