Mini Zip Restaurant is one of the most sought-after in Melgaço. Vanya Dantas is the owner, and is fond of the activity. She began her adventure in cuisine in a small place, and then, after a while, she opened the Mini Zip. Today, she is already making plans for "other flights ". Vanya is someone full of sympathy and enthusiasm in what she does.
The place is made of half walls decorated with the statue of the famous Inês Negra. On the menu there are house specialities that seduce customers, such as lamprey, in a specific period of the year, chicken blood rice, special Mini Zip codfish and a variety of delicacies.
