A notable example of the architecture style of 18th century. From the reign of Dom João V, this house was designed by the famous Italian architect Nicolau Nasoni. From the lovely Baroque fashioned windows there are wonderful views of the lavish green Minho countryside.
Visitors to Casa das Torres are greeted by a lofty gateway, inviting into the spacious courtyard, surrounded by majestic ancient trees. The interior is beautifully furnished, evidencing a living testimony to the mystic presence of the family ancestors.
