Operating since 2009, it is an independent house, consisting of 1 double bedroom with bathroom and private shower, 1 double room with private shower, living room with large sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen / dining room fully equipped with terrace from which one enjoys a panoramic excellence.

This house is developed on one floor offering good conditions of accessibility and circulation for guests with limited mobility.

It was the subject of recovery and expansion works in 2008 and 2009, yielding an interesting architectural solution developed in harmonious junction of two perfectly integrated parts: one on the existing building (over 100 years) properly rehabilitated (where it has kitchen / dining room and terrace); the other is a new building where are located the bedrooms, living room and sanitary areas, with large glazed areas facing the protected west outwardly by slatted wooden. He was succeeded as well, a well-integrated solution in the surrounding rural environment, including a leisure area with fruit trees and vines in ramada with about 3,000 square meters.

Air conditioning installation features in all rooms, solar installation for water heating and photovoltaic microprodutora unit of electricity.

Guests have free access to Quinta de Gondomil and its facilities such as harbor, fishing, boats, game room.
