One bedroom apartment, all new,  on the ground floor in a renovated building, carefully decorated, in a lively area in the center of Porto. An area full of delightful restaurants and cafes, art galleries and antique shops. Kitchenette fully equipped with hob / oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and fridge with freezer. We also have toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and capsules, and all the utensils you may need if you prefer to cook at home during your stay. We supply a basic stock of coffee, sugar, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Cleaning products are also available. Very cozy living area with comfortable sofa bed for 2 people and smart TV. Delicious patio with table, chairs, umbrella, bean bags, and decorated with plants and a mural painted by one of the most famous graffiters of Porto, Costah. You allowed to smoke in this patio. (smoking is not allowed in the inside of the apartment). Heating in bedroom and living room. In the bedroom you will find a double bed and a closet to hang your clothes. WC with shower. Shampoo, shower gel, hand cream, hand soap, and toilet paper available, for your entire stay. All towels and bed linen are provided. Beach towels also provided in the summer season. Cot, high chair, and cutlery and baby dish available.
